For the integration of our casual games, we use the provider kr3m.media GmbH, Kaiserstraße 142–144, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany. The games are provided via the platform zaphira.games and are hosted on kr3m servers.
When using the games, the IP address is used for communication between your browser and kr3m’s server within the framework of the Internet protocol and is not stored. While playing, kr3m stores settings necessary for your game, such as game progress or sound settings, in the so-called Local Object in your browser. These are not transmitted to the server. During the session, kr3m stores a SessionID in your browser and on the server, which is deleted after the session ends.
According to kr3m, the browser games accessible via this website are ad-free, free of charge, and usable without the collection of personal user data. This means that kr3m uses technical data exclusively to provide the content and does not carry out any further processing (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG).

Are there any additional agreements beyond the contractual terms, for example a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
No, as no data is processed on behalf of one another. The publisher does not need to include anything in their privacy policy. This is covered by the link to Zaphira Games below the game, which links to our privacy policy explaining how data is collected on zaphira.games and that no personal data is collected in Embed Games. Specifically, this is regulated in Section 4, “When using a website or HTML application without your consent.” Since no consent is obtained for Embed Games, this case applies.
Does kr3m have Technical and Organizational Measures (TOM)?
kr3m naturally has TOM, as this is legally required. However, since no DPA is concluded, these are not part of the contract for Embed Games.
Where and with which provider are the games hosted?
At Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt. However, kr3m reserves the right to host them with another provider within the EU.
What data is transmitted when accessing the game, for example regarding the IP address?

IP addresses, for example, are of course used within the framework of transmission via the Internet protocol (TCP/IP), but they are not stored.
